Return Process

  Ensure your darts, boards, or accessories are in their original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via your preferred carrier.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
